Fred Bahnson
For the past four years Fred Bahnson has been the director of Anathoth Community Garden, a ministry he co-founded at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church. He is a Food & Society Policy Fellow at the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy and is a Senior Fellow at the Oakland Institute. His writing has appeared in Orion, The Sun, Christian Century, and “Best American Spiritual Writing 2007.” He currently lives on a farm in the North Carolina mountains with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two sons.
